Flood Level Change
As we approach “flood season,” we want to give you a heads up that the minimum flood level for the gauge on the Huron River at Hamburg Road has been changed from 6.5 feet to 7.0 feet. This change was made by NOAA based on a recommendation from Hamburg Township. Join us for a discussion about the change and implications during a Zoom meeting at 7:00pm on Thursday, March 31st.

Potential FEMA grant for property buy out
We have been informed that Hamburg Township is applying for another FEMA grant to get money to buy out residents who struggle with flooding. The money from this grant would be used to buy your property, demolish all structures on the property, and then be kept as a green space forever. If you are interested in participating, reach out to the Township by March 16th.
